I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in patterns they have not been able to change on their own. Many of the people I work with have tried therapy before and are looking for something deeper, more collaborative, or more effective. However, I also love working with those who are new to the experience of psychotherapy.

My approach is thoughtful, relational, and practical. Together, we make sense of what is happening beneath the surface while also finding concrete ways to create change in your daily life and relationships. I have particular experience working with trauma, mood concerns, longstanding relationship difficulties, and couples navigating conflict, intimacy, sex, or parenting.

I bring warmth, curiosity, honesty, and a sense of humor to the work. My goal is to help you feel deeply understood while also supporting you in building a life and relationships that feel more connected, satisfying, and uniquely your own.
